At Beat the Brochure we are confident that we offer the lowest priced holidays available anywhere online.


In fact, if you book with us and then find your exact holiday cheaper on any other online UK website, we will match or beat that price.


There are no strings attached. All you need to do is contact us on the same day as you made the purchase with us with the exact details of your holiday and we’ll beat the price for you.


Terms and Conditions


1. The price match applies to flight and accommodation combinations. We are unable to match prices for flights or accommodation only bookings.


2. The price match only applies to identical products booked online from an ABTA, TTA and/or ATOL bonded website. The number of rooms, party size, flight extras etc. must be exact.


3. The price match must include all charges and fees, including booking fees, card charges and any other added costs.


4. The price match is not available for single elements for a holiday. For example, if you book flights and accommodation with us and subsequently find a cheaper flight elsewhere, we cannot reduce our prices for individual elements.


5. The price you find must be in Pounds Sterling and the price cannot include any money off coupons or vouchers.


6. The price match guarantee does not apply to our own offers which are subject to availability and live price changes.


How to Request a Price Match


If you have booked a holiday with us and subsequently find the exact holiday package cheaper elsewhere, please email us at [email protected] making sure you include the following information in the body of the email:


  • Your Beat the Brochure booking reference number
  • A link/URL to the website page displaying the cheaper price.
  • Please include a screenshot of the final overall price, which clearly shows all of the components of the holiday, including flight operator and details, name of the accommodation, the number of rooms, room types, transfers details, board basis and overall price summary.

All requests can take up to 30 working days to process and you will be contacted via email with our response. Refunds will be re-credited to the card you used to book previously. If only a deposit has been paid the amount will be discounted from your outstanding balance.


If you are unable to provide a working link or URL to the site, or you do not provide us with all of the requested information, we cannot be held responsible and will not be obliged to match the price.
